The Mind Right Game Tight Program is a personal development curriculum comprised of the books, How YOUth Triumph in Sports: Tools That Create a Triumphant Life (book and workbook). The program's foundation is based on self-love. This program is about acknowledging your internal self and truly getting to that place of genuinely loving who YOU are. The book provides the knowledge as each chapter covers different life skills, such as self-love, being accountable, goals, character, etc. The workbook is where the transformation occurs. Why? Because the workbook comprises of exercises where you'll take action, the most important step in growth. Knowledge isn't power, it's the applied action of the knowledge is where the power resides.

This course contains chapter review videos that corresponds with each chapter to support you along your journey. Along with the videos we will meet once a week on Zoom or phone (your preference) for 1 hour. I will break the program up into 6 weeks. You'll be responsible for completing the reading and exercises and when we meet, we will go over the exercises, question, and/or anything that has come up for you. This will be done using Google Classroom to assist with keeping everything organized. Please have a Gmail email address so that I may allow you access to the classroom.

The purpose of the 1 on 1 coaching is for me to be your accountability partner. With that being said, you'll have access to me for 8 weeks (1 hour per week) to complete the 6 week program. For example, if you're unable to make it 1 or 2 weeks, it allows you an additional 2 weeks of make up. After 8 weeks, you'll have to schedule a 1 on 1 with me if you'd like to continue the program with me. Also, after the 8th week, your #LitSquad membership will expire and if you'd like to continue, you'll have to purchase a monthly membership.
